ZyckFit® was created in September 2014 by Tommy Rozycki with the vision of helping individuals from all walks of life become the best version of themselves. Since inception, ZyckFit® has impacted hundreds of lives through fitness training, health & wellness books, and community events!
A Jupiter, Florida native, Tommy Rozycki has built a reputable brand that can reach a broader audience, in turn helping even more people locally and worldwide to become healthier, both mentally and physically.
